Refund policy

RETURN REQUESTS

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email williamcook007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending merchandise. The return address will be provided privately by email.

RETURN CONDITION

Eligible merchandise must be unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for return postage on eligible returns. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order details and photographs when possible. The Baby Buzz LLC will pay eligible return postage for damaged or incorrect items.

REFUNDS

Returned merchandise will be inspected after it is received. We will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider might require additional time to post the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
